It helps reduce calories from fat by blocking their absorption.

Moderate risk with coumarin anticoagulants. It can slow down the absorption of oral contraceptives. Prolonged intake may prevent the absorption of vitamins and essential fatty acids.

It is recommended to take 2 tablets with a glass of water, just before each high fat meal. Do not take more than 4 tablets per day.
