La mayor\u00eda de las veces se origina por la <\/span><b>bacteria E. coli<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y se manifiesta en los tres primeros meses del embarazo, aunque tambi\u00e9n es com\u00fan que aparezca en la recta final. Suele tener mayor incidencia en estos casos:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Madres primerizas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Madres en edad avanzada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuando se suceden varios embarazos en poco tiempo.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Asimismo, en la mayor\u00eda de las ocasiones, <\/span><b>los s\u00edntomas que aparecen son estos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dolor al orinar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Necesidad de orinar muchas veces.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urgencia al orinar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dolor p\u00e9lvico.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Olor fuerte de la orina.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sangre en la orina.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cuanto a las causas<\/span><b>, est\u00e1n identificadas y se resumen en la lista que te ofrecemos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a continuaci\u00f3n:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Incremento de la cantidad de pH en la orina.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Disminuci\u00f3n de la actividad inmune.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presi\u00f3n del \u00fatero (que aumenta de tama\u00f1o) sobre la vejiga, lo que propicia la aparici\u00f3n de residuos postmiccionales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cambios anat\u00f3micos y funcionales que se producen en el cuerpo de la mujer durante el embarazo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cambios hormonales, por ejemplo, en la secreci\u00f3n de estr\u00f3genos y de progesterona.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 pasa si tu paciente est\u00e1 embarazada y padece cistitis?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La <\/span><b>alta prevalencia de las infecciones urinarias<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en especial<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">la<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.labdeiters.com\/cistitis-recurrente\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>cistitis recurrente<\/b><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">en el embarazo hace que sea habitual que en las consultas ginecol\u00f3gicas se realicen <\/span><b>urocultivos<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para saber si hay bacterias en la orina, incluso aunque no haya s\u00edntomas previos. Hasta en el <\/span><b>11\u00a0% de los casos se detecta la enfermedad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, lo que permite iniciar el tratamiento con tiempo y mayor tranquilidad. Y es que comenzarlo en las <\/span><b>dos primeras semanas de gestaci\u00f3n <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">puede ser clave para frenar su evoluci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El tratamiento consiste en la <\/span><b>administraci\u00f3n del antibi\u00f3tico m\u00e1s eficaz y menos perjudicial<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para la madre y el feto. Sin embargo, a veces s\u00ed pueden aparecer riesgos, como, por ejemplo, partos prematuros o nacimientos de beb\u00e9s con poco peso. Esto ocurre cuando el tratamiento no se suministra a tiempo o es incorrecto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En cuanto a la salud de la madre que padece <\/span><b>cistitis en el embarazo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, esta se puede ver resentida por la aparici\u00f3n de las siguientes afecciones:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Anemia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hipertensi\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.labdeiters.com\/infecciones-urinarias\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Infecciones urinarias<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tras el parto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Infecci\u00f3n de los ri\u00f1ones.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 recomendar para la cistitis durante el embarazo?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tras conocer todos estos datos y la informaci\u00f3n relacionada con la <\/span><b>cistitis en el embarazo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, te imaginar\u00e1s que la prevenci\u00f3n y un tratamiento adecuado son dos grandes preocupaciones para las madres gestantes.
